For customers who purchase directly from our online store, you can return your order WITHIN 20 DAYS of purchase (30 days if you purchased in California; other states may differ).
To receive a refund of the purchase price of your ZIP SIM (less any rebates and shipping costs), you must return it (with original packaging and all contents) within the Return Period in undamaged condition and good working order. All returns will be applied a restocking fee of US$5.00.
Refunds for your order will not be processed until we have verified your order was received by our warehouse.

For ZIP SIM purchased from an independent retailer, please return to the retailer for equipment return details. If you purchased your ZIP SIM through a dealer, the dealer’s return policy may differ from our policies so please contact them directly for return policy information. There will be no refund of service fees once the service is activated.
