If you are receiving a message stating that message blocking is active when sending a text message, the following could be happening:
- You have a plan that doesn't include text messaging (e.g. Data Only plans)
- You are sending a text message to a service that is not supported like Text to Win or other premium text messaging services
If neither of these cases apply please submit a request including your Roam Mobility phone number so we can look in to this further.
